This person will make sure that your homes information is accurate and current on all marketing levels, while providing you with the highest level of customer service available.
Scheduling Assistant
Responsible for setting appointments to show your home, the scheduling assistant will also follow up with all persons who viewed your home to ensure that their questions are answered and get feedback so your home remains competitive and we can address issues quickly.
Closing Assistant
Serves as the organizer between the buyers, sellers, agents and closing attorneys to ensure that all appointments, paperwork and contract requirements are in place for a smooth closing. The Closing Assistant will handle all the details of your transaction from contract to settlement.
